Jittery Ether

Acres of land but cannot sit
Lots of water but cannot drink
Children galore but none to love
What’s the use of the stars above

Flowers dozens but none to smell
Fruits do dangle but drop to hell.
Feels like a big disgrace
Even the rain spits upon your face.

The cold wind blowing sniggers at free
It’s howling soul mocks my destiny
The sun spreads out its amber wings
Yet determined smoky raincloud sings

The drowsy trees sigh for years
Days passing the rosy picture smears
But still the soul of Pegasus thrives
In hearts of men which endarkened cries
